With over two decades of experience in risk management, conflict resolution, and leadership, Shane Jones brings a unique and well-rounded perspective to mediation.

Beginning his career on one of the largest poultry farms in the U.S. and training as a livestock broker, Shane developed an early appreciation for operations, negotiation, and practical problem-solving. This foundation evolved into a 24-year career in the insurance industry, working in claims, underwriting, sales, and service. His roles involved not only frontline decision-making but also dispute resolution and arbitration — skills that naturally translate into mediation.

In parallel, Shane has served as a coach and Athletic Director for over 22 years, managing 18 different sports, mentoring coaches, collaborating with school boards, and working directly with families and community stakeholders. This experience has been instrumental in developing a deep understanding of impartial facilitation, communication under pressure, and solution-focused leadership.

In addition, Shane has contributed to two digital start-ups, focusing on customer success, process improvement, and conflict resolution. His approach blends Lean Six Sigma principles with Agile and SAFe methodologies to enhance outcomes through structured, efficient processes.
